产品介绍

塑料挤出机造粒模板采用集中式多通道油(蒸汽)加热方式，并附有隔热防水密封，以保证出料孔在设定温度下能够正常出料。造粒模板是在60℃-70℃的水下工作，其热损失率很高，因此隔热防水密封垫片材料的性能将直接影响模板水下造粒的效果。

JF·300是改性PTFE(聚四氟乙烯) 材料， 为高效可压缩性，隔热防水密封垫的原材料是特种陶瓷和矿物质纤维，掺加填料与粘接剂材料组配而成，具有耐高温特性，因为导热系数小，绝热性非常优越。同时它可以在几乎所有的强酸、强碱溶液内保持化学稳定性。
